Erika is an avid fitness advocate whose life-long pursuit for health and well being has inspired her to a career in personal training for the last 7 years. As a Personal Trainer at Vashon Athletic Club, Erika endeavors to grow the PT department and provide the highest quality personal training experience to all members.
Erika enjoys leading classes for all levels of ability in VAC’s HIIT Functional Fitness class, as well as working with her personal training clients towards achieving optimum health. She takes a compassionate and holistic approach to training with a focus on the individual needs of each client.
In addition to helping her clients make fitness gains and build healthy fitness habits, Erika has found great success for her clients offering nutrition support. She recognizes nutrition is a crucial component to a balanced and healthy lifestyle for clients with a variety of goals including weight loss and athletic performance.
