GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

At VAC, we strive for excellence in all that we do. Our group fitness classes are carefully selected and reviewed by professional instructors.

Taking a group fitness class regularly is a wonderful way to reach your fitness goals alongside friends, helping you to amplify your quality of life through health and fitness.

All group exercise classes are included with full a club membership.

A combination class of Pilates, yoga, weights and ballet blended into a cardio, stretch and strength class.

Barre Class

Simple, guided movements that are often done lying on the floor. Elements of ordinary, every day movements are practiced with a gentle awareness. Familiar movement patters emerge that make sense to the nervous system and forge new, healthy pathways, that that leave you feeling good.

Ease of Motion

A synthesis of dance, martial arts, EDGU, Barre, Pilates and meditation movements. This class will increase your strength, flexibility and mindfulness through mind-body connection.

Arlette's

Combo Class

Utilize the TRX suspension training system, kettlebells, medicine balls and a variety of other strength, agility and core conditioning equipment in a full-body, high intensity interval training.

H.I.J.T Function Fitness

Energize your workout with step and toning. Get a full body workout while groovin‘ to some tunes!

Step It Up

 Utilize the TRX suspension training system, kettlebells, medicine balls and a variety of other strength, agility and core conditioning equipment in a full-body, high intensity, circuit training workout. 

Zumba

This class incorporates low impact dance and step followed with conditioning and stretching, all accompanied by great music.

Combo

Strengthen and stretch your whole body with weights, bands and balls.
