Our VAC Personal Trainers can maximize your workouts and make it easier to reach your goals!


Semi-Private Personal Training sessions are available now! Semi-Private Training package options allow you to choose 1 session, 2 sessions, or 3 sessions per week. Workout among up to 5 like minded individuals in a fun, safe and supportive environment.  Each class is 1 hour in length and covers fundamentals of strength training, mobility, balance, agility and core work. All abilities are welcome with scalable workouts for any level of fitness.


* Semi-Private Personal Training session prices range from $27 - $33 per session.

Semi-Private Training takes place in the new Functional Training Center room in groups up to 5, all ages & fitness levels welcome! Our Semi-Private Training option is the most cost-effective way to participate in Personal Training. With many different day and time options available we make it easy for you to hop in a group! This Semi-Private Training structure not only allows you more training time options, but also access to all of our trainers. You can schedule different trainers and different session times each week if you so choose!
