Wherever you are on your fitness path, our VAC personal trainer's are ready to guide you to the next level. At Vashon Athletic Club our trainers are qualified to help you stay on top of your health by building an individualized program tailored to your needs and goals. Choose from Personal Training, Personal Training Starter Packs, Semi-Private Training Packages,

Virtual Semi-Private Training Packages and Specialty Courses.

 

Due to the current COVID restrictions, all VAC Personal Training, Starter Packs, Fitness Consultations and Semi Private training sessions are limited to outdoor sessions until

Personal Training

Receive 1 hour of specialized personal training individualized to your needs. Sessions may cover a wide fitness scope from muscular development to build strength, power and speed; to agility and coordination to improve balance and reactivity; to cardiorespiratory fitness to bolster heart health, endurance and performance.

Starter Pack

Get started with three, 45 min one-on-one personal training sessions designed to set you on a path to reaching your goals. In these sessions you will receive a fitness program with a focus on establishing a fitness baseline, developing optimal movement patterns, learning the basics of strength training, building confidence and self-efficacy as well as enhancing cardiorespiratory fitness and weightloss.

Semi Private & Virtual Semi Private

Workout among up to 5 like minded individuals in a fun, safe and supportive workout environment.  Each class is 1 hour in length and covers fundamentals of strength training, mobility, balance, agility and core work. All abilities are welcome with scalable workouts for any level of fitness.

Specialty Courses

Join a class of up to 5 individuals to focus on a variety of training modalities. Take a deep dive on a specialty course and learn the technique and mechanics of mobility, olympic lifting, kettlebell fundamentals and core focused work offered intermittently throughout the year.
