SENIOR FITNESS

CLASSES

Our senior fitness classes are specially designed to give you the full benefit of our other classes with your changing bodies in mind. 

The senior fitness classes are facilitated by instructors who have specialties in yoga, holistic health, and positive aging. 

​Low impact, non-weight bearing exercises. Class consists of stretching, various types of water walking, an upper body drills using water weights. A gentler pace, geared toward the elderly.

Chair Yoga will lead you safely through Yoga poses all while being in a chair.

Boomers and Beyond Yoga

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.  Optional resistance equipment and chair for seated and/or standing support is offered.
