Class is appropriate for those with old injuries who wish to improve flexibility while building core strength and stability.
A strong dynamic movement working on many levels to develop strength, balance, breath control and mental/physical flexibility. Adaptable to a range of abilities. Supplement existing fitness regimes for increased range of motion and decreased risk of injury.
