Whether you have a medical condition, injury or need sport-specific training we are here to guide you in the right direction.
At the VAC, our certified personal trainers are fitness professionals who, using an individualized approach, assess, motivate, educate and train clients regarding their personal health and fitness needs. With your input, they will design a safe and effective exercise program that will be easy to follow. The best part is that they will help you stick with it until you reach your goals. We ask our trainers to continue to advance their skills through yearly continuing education. As a result, our trainers are well-informed, highly-skilled, and versatile.
Our 1-on-1 Personal Training package options allow you to choose between 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week with a trainer. Each session is 1 hour in length. We boast some of the most affordable personal training rates in the region. The Vashon Athletic Club's goal is to make our training services accessible to the entirety of the Vashon community.
