If you are new or returning to exercise a personal trainer can show you where to begin by providing guidance, motivation, encouragement and personal attention to help you reach your goals. At Vashon Athletic Club our trainers can help you stay on top of your health by building an individualized program tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you have a medical condition, injury or need sport-specific training we are here to guide you in the right direction.
Our VAC Personal Trainers are health/fitness professionals who, using an individualized approach, assess, motivate, educate and train clients regarding their personal health and fitness needs. Our certified personal trainers design safe and effective exercise programs and provide the guidance to help clients achieve their personal health/fitness goals. We ask our trainers to continue to advance their skills through yearly continuing education. As a result, our trainers are well-informed, highly skilled, and versatile.
Even with all of this, we still boast some of the most affordable rates on island. VAC's personal trainer's goal is to make our training services available to all of our members.
